NOTE: To use your Optimum ID, you'll need to subscribe to the corresponding Optimum Service. For example, to access Optimum Online E-mail, you'll need to be an Optimum Online subscriber.
What does "Keep me signed in for" mean?
By checking the "Keep me signed in for" box, you will have a choice to stay signed in to Optimum.net and Webmail for 8 hours or 2 weeks on this computer, even if you close your browser or shut down your computer.
If the "Keep me signed in for" box is not checked, you will be signed out after 2 hours of inactivity, or immediately upon closing your browser.
To protect sensitive data and activities (like changing your password or updating your credit card information), we will ask you to re-enter your password.
If you are sharing your computer with others, we suggest that you do not choose the "Keep me signed in for" box. The check box applies to this computer only.
If you need to sign out, remember to click the "Sign Out" link at the top right side of the page.
